$2000 (Full Day Coordinator 10am to 10pm + 2 Set Up Staff for 6 hours)
Prior to Your Wedding
Initial walk-through to make plans for set up
Correspondence with your vendors regarding plans you have already established
Final walk through one month prior to the event
Follow up emails to all contracted vendors 1– 2 weeks before wedding day
Plans for vendor arrival and set up
Development of a timeline and floor plan with you for seating and decoration, including a rain plan
Organization guidelines for packing supplies
Day of Services
Setting up of space and any labeled and assembled decorations in predetermined locations including decorative lights, chairs and tables, flowers, table settings, placing signage, placing and lighting candles
On site supervision of all vendors at event
Management of all event rentals on the day of the event, ensuring that all rentals are kept track of and set up appropriately
Coordination of event timing
Facilitation of moving any chairs or tables during the reception
Management of gifts to ensure safety during ceremony and reception
Set Up
$1000 (Coordinator + 2 Set Up Staff for 6 hours)

Clean up
$275 (2 Clean Up Staff for 2 1/2 hours)
Space is cleaned according to venue guidelines including but not limited to:
Completion of decoration packing
Proper removal of all trash within venue
Breaking down tables and chairs

Need a little extra help for your wedding or event?
Due to varying catering needs, our set up service includes the setup of tables, chairs, and decor, offering a customizable approach to your dining experience. Our team can assist with catering responsibilities including bussing, serving family-style meals, and setting up and monitoring food and drink stations.
Event Staff
$35/hour
If additional event staff are needed beyond what your food provider offers, we can provide staff at a rate of $35 per staff member per hour. We require 1 staff per 25 guests plus 1 additional staff if bussing china, flatware and glassware.
Drop Off Catering
$500+
1 dedicated Kitchen Staff per 50 guests. Depending on guest count and menu, we may require an additional kitchen staff.
We require a confirmed ingredients/allergens list for all menu items.
Serving equipment is not included.
We appreciate having the food provider on-site and are always happy to assist with service!
